Engel & Völkers Brussels-Brabant teams seek a hands-on Sales Manager to coach and drive performance for real estate agents across Brussels and Brabant Walloon. You will be the operational commercial lead working closely with the Managing Director and Office Managers, focusing on coaching, field presence, and performance improvement.
The ideal candidate brings solid commercial experience, a track record of coaching sales teams, and a results-driven mindset, with strong leadership and KPI fluency

- Solid commercial experience is required.
- Experience in managing or coaching sales teams is essential.
- A strong performance and results-driven mindset is expected.
- Excellent analytical skills with KPIs and data-driven insights are important.
Responsabilités
- Monitor agent KPIs, pipelines, and performance; provide feedback and follow-up.
- Lead and coach the sales teams across Brussels and Brabant Walloon.
- Identify gaps, design action plans, and drive improvements in processes and tools.
- Conduct regular performance meetings and observe field activity to coach in real time.
- Support mandate acquisition, pricing adjustments, negotiations, and closing strategies.
- Collaborate with Managing Director and Office Managers to align commercial efforts.
- Foster a culture of continuous development and high accountability within teams.
