The role focuses on building and developing a high-potential portfolio in the Brussels region, serving an international clientele while maintaining a polished brand image.

You’ll enjoy autonomy with freelance status and a flexible weekly structure that respects independence, working closely with headquarters to maximise property exposure and desirability.

Qualifications

• BIV/IPI certification is mandatory.
• New build / off-plan sales experience required.
• Fluency in French and Dutch is essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a portfolio of residential properties in Brussels region and surroundings.
• Provide tailor-made support to a demanding, both local and international clientele.
• Represent the brand with a polished image and exceptional communication.
• Collaborate with headquarters to maximise exposure and desirability of properties.
