AYES Belgium is seeking an experienced RAMS engineer to perform RAMS and safety analyses for complex systems across design, development and qualification phases. You will work closely with engineering teams and project stakeholders to integrate RAMS requirements and support product improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Engineering with at least 3 years in RAMS, reliability or safety, and is fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in RAMS, Reliability, Safety or a related engineering field.
• Good understanding of electrical/electronic schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety standards; experience in a regulated industry is a strong plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Perform RAMS and safety analyses for complex systems and subsystems throughout the design, development and qualification phases.
• Carry out analyses such as FMECA, FTA, reliability calculations (MTBF), risk and safety analyses.
• Work closely with engineering teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders to integrate RAMS requirements and identify product improvements.
• Contribute to maintenance strategies, technical documentation and the follow-up of RAMS actions.
