Médiane Système, Brussels-based, fast-growing technology company focused on digital railway systems, seeks a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join its international team.

You will analyze customer needs, define technical solutions, and contribute to bids with system architecture, BOM, and demonstrations. Requires engineering degree, 5 years pre-sales in railway, fluent English, and willingness to travel; collaborate with R&D, product management, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales within the railway sector.
• Strong knowledge of railway signalling systems and digital technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Fluent in English; travel to meet customers occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Analyse customer needs and define appropriate technical solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of complex solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support related to system integration, performance, and interoperability.
• Coordinate closely with product management, R&D, and delivery teams.
• Conduct technology monitoring and competitive intelligence in the digital rail domain.
• Capitalize and share technical knowledge (Q&A, internal and customer training sessions).
