Médiane Benelux, an engineering company specializing in software, electronics, and cybersecurity, is seeking a System Engineer to join an R&D team focused on railway signalling and traffic control systems.

You will contribute to the analysis, definition and development of system architecture, write specifications, ensure traceability, and collaborate with Safety, RAM, Software, Cybersecurity, Product and V&V teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (BAC+4/BAC+5) in electronics, telecom, automation, electricity, robotics or similar.
• Interest or experience in system engineering / system design.
• Good technical writing skills in English.
• Basic programming skills.
• Knowledge of V-cycle / Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, clarify and formalize needs and requirements.
• Define system architecture, functions and interfaces.
• Write and maintain system specifications.
• Ensure requirements traceability.
• Participate in design studies, technical analyses and design reviews.
• Collaborate with Safety, RAM, Software, Cybersecurity, Product and V&V teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and solution standardization.
