Eurostar is seeking a planner to design and adapt the commercial transport plan and to manage staff for its services in Belgium and Paris. The role requires coordinating with the Operations and Rostering teams to ensure coverage and timely execution of schedules.

The candidate should be fluent in French and Dutch, with English and German considered an asset, and must be willing to work shifts including weekends. Prior railway experience and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Schedule personnel and adapt service schedules for Belgium and Paris.
• Monitor attendance, validate service logs, update reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage bookings, transportation, and emergency equipment; coordinate with Co Thalys during crises.
• Assist Crew Dispatchers during disruptions and maintain smooth communication between teams.
• Help adjust transport plans and secure extra resources during unexpected events.
