The role requires strong organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment; fluency in Dutch, French and English is essential, with German as a strong asset. A hybrid work model is offered.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operational and logistical activities.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, suppliers, and external partners.
• Prepare and follow up on assignments for cleaning and logistics teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage orders for onboard train services.
• Analyze and resolve operational issues or last-minute changes.
• Update staff schedules, occupancy plans, and loading schedules.
• Support crew planning when required.
• Participate in operational and logistics meetings with customers.
