IBA Worldwide in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, seeks a Strategic Alliance Manager to develop, govern, and expand its ecosystem of partnerships in proton therapy. You will serve as SPOC for alliances, align objectives with commercial and clinical strategies, and drive joint go-to-market and research initiatives with leading partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent business experience is an asset.
• 10+ years in healthcare technology or medical devices.
• 5+ years in business development, alliances, or related roles.
• Experience managing senior-level external relationships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain alliance strategies for assigned partnerships.
• Lead governance structures and executive engagement for alliances.
• Coordinate joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for clinical research and market access.
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements as needed.
• Support sales teams in leveraging partnerships to grow business.
