IBA Proton Therapy seeks an experienced R&D People Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering imaging system solutions. You will drive talent development, team engagement, and organizational agility while guiding the team through Agile transformations.

You will balance people, delivery and organizational needs in a technically complex environment, ensuring growth, collaboration, and high performance across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people management, team leadership, coaching, or talent development.
• Ability to foster ownership, autonomy, and accountability within cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and active listening to build trust and clarity.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an asset in a multilingual environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary R&D team focused on imaging system solutions.
• Foster a sustainable team through recruitment, onboarding, staffing, and retention.
• Ensure reliable delivery through capacity planning, workload management, and alignment with Product Owner and Scrum Master.
