IBA Proton Therapy in Belgium seeks a Program Manager within the Product Management team to own end-to-end delivery of strategic medical-device programs, aligning market needs with business strategy and development execution.

You will lead cross-functional programs from market opportunity to launch and post-launch support, coordinate R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams, and drive value through disciplined governance and KPIs.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
Several years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, or Business Development within a complex technology environment.
Experience in medical devices or regulated industries is a strong asset.
Ability to translate market insights into product strategy.
Solid cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluent English communication.

Responsabilités

Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain business cases supporting product investments.
Define product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy.
Lead cross-functional development programs from concept to market launch.
Define governance frameworks, project plans, milestones, KPIs, and decision-making processes.
Manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate activities across R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Service, and Commercial teams.
Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future product evolution.
