Smappee is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of complex hardware, embedded software and cloud-based products within our R&D organisation. You will connect engineering, product, quality, operations and leadership to remove risks and keep delivery on time and within scope.

You will report to the R&D Director and help translate roadmaps into executable plans, coordinating across multiple departments to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvements in our

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical development projects.
• Experience in hardware, electronics, embedded software, EV charging or IoT.
• Strong lifecycle knowledge and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Drive execution across the R&D organisation.
• Coordinate work across Hardware, Embedded Software, Software, QA, Industrialisation and Product Management.
• Facilitate sprint planning, milestone reviews and project governance.
• Build realistic timelines, resource plans and milestone planning with engineering leaders.
• Create visibility with project dashboards and KPI reporting.
