Verhaert On-site Consulting is seeking an R&D Project Manager embedded with a client to lead high-impact research projects shaping computer architectures. You will bridge vision and execution, balancing customer ambitions with resources and establishing efficient working practices.

Responsibilities include lifecycle ownership, stakeholder alignment, and performance monitoring while driving continuous improvement of project management methodologies within a dynamic matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• Proven track record in project management and technical delivery.
• Domain knowledge in computer architectures, ISAs, and system simulation.
• Experience with system performance modeling is valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead project lifecycle, resource planning, and milestone delivery.
• Coordinate with technical leads and multidisciplinary teams.
• Set up transparent workflows, meetings, documentation, and reporting channels.
• Monitor progress, dashboards, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify risks and escalate when needed; drive process improvements.
