Smappee is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to drive diverse hardware, embedded software and cloud-based products. You will coordinate across hardware, software, product management and quality to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.

You will work at the intersection of engineering, product management and leadership, reducing execution risks, creating transparency and enabling engineers to focus on building world-class solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical development projects.
• Experience in hardware, electronics, embedded software, EV charging, IoT or similar high-tech environments.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles (Stage-Gate, Agile, Hybrid).
• Excellent planning and stakeholder management; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple concurrent product development projects from concept through industrialisation.
• Translate strategic product roadmaps into executable project plans.
• Build realistic timelines, resource plans and milestone planning with engineering leaders.
• Ensure projects stay aligned on scope, priorities, dependencies and delivery commitments.
