Smappee is seeking a seasoned PMO/Portfolio Manager to own and continuously optimize its enterprise project portfolio. You will partner with senior leadership to align initiatives with business priorities, budgets, and available capacity, while driving governance and data-driven decision making.

You will lead cross-functional programs, coach the PMO team, and promote collaboration across R&D, Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate strategic outcomes in a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Own and optimize enterprise project portfolio alignment with business priorities and capacity.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate, prioritize and sequence initiatives based on value, dependencies, risks, resources and financial impact.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance with visibility into status, capacity, budgets and delivery performance.
• Lead and coach the Project Management team, fostering ownership, accountability and development.
• Promote cross-department collaboration and strong stakeholder engagement across the organization.
