Job summary

MindCapture BV is seeking a QA Specialist for Quality Systems, Training and Documentation to join our client on site in Belgium. You will manage controlled documents, training records and GMP compliance initiatives, acting as a key contact for document management and learning systems.

You will collaborate with QA and operations to ensure accuracy, audit readiness and continuous improvement, while delivering training and system support across quality platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Documentation management: maintain accurate records and procedures.
• Quality Systems: work with electronic document and learning management systems.
• Organisational skills: manage multiple administrative activities.
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: maintain complete documentation.
• Flexibility: adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• English proficiency: strong written and spoken English.
• GMP knowledge: familiarity a plus.
• Dutch language: knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of quality documentation and training administration.
• Coordinate the lifecycle of controlled documents and periodic reviews.
• Act as business administrator for electronic document management systems.
• Review procedures for GMP compliance and internal standards.
• Manage quality records, test records, reports and archives.
• Maintain training files and learning management system records.
• Monitor training completion and comply with GMP training requirements.
• Provide system support and end-user training for quality platforms.
• Identify issues and collaborate on improvements to training processes.
• Support audits, inspections and CAPA-related activities.
