Expleo is seeking a Quality Management System Coordinator to oversee the management system, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. You will administer publications, manage certifications, and drive improvements across processes within the entity.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal audits, preparing reports, and promoting knowledge sharing. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with QMS tools, and excellent communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a Quality Management System.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using quality management software and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Measure effectiveness and governance adherence for ISO certifications and policy.
• Prepare reports for monthly/quarterly Quality Management Reviews.

• Act as liaison for quality standards within the entity.
• Coordinate internal audit plans and maturity assessments.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and follow-up actions.
• Develop and monitor action plans addressing non-conformities.
• Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the network of various participants in the Management System
• Administer and manage Management System publications and related tools
• Promote the management system, ensuring widespread understanding and providing necessary support to users and process managers
• Measure effectiveness and adherence to the governance of the Management System and certification policy
• Developing presentations and compiling reports in preparation for monthly/quarterly Quality Management Reviews
• Manage existing quality certifications and approvals within the entity.
• Act as the liaison for quality standards within the entity.
• Coordinate and manage internal audit plans and maturity assessment plans.
• Conduct Internal Audits:
• Perform detailed internal audits to ensure processes comply with required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports documenting findings, non-conformities, areas for improvement, and follow-up actions.
• Develop and follow up on action plans to address issues or non-conformities identified during audits.
• Promote initiatives for sharing and capitalizing on knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure the entity complies with relevant internal standards and external certification requirements, particularly ISO certifications and other regulatory requirements.
• Create, update, distribute, and archive quality management documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.

Qualifications
