Expleo is seeking a Quality Management coordinator to oversee the Management System across the organization. You will drive governance, update procedures, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance while coordinating audits and improvement actions.

The role requires 5+ years of QA experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with quality software and MS Office. A hybrid work setup is possible with a focus on process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a Quality Management System.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using quality management software and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the network of participants in the Management System.
• Administer and manage Management System publications and related tools.
• Promote the management system, ensuring understanding and support for users and process managers.
• Measure effectiveness and governance of the system and certification policy.
• Develop presentations and reports for monthly/quarterly Quality Management Reviews.
• Manage existing quality certifications and approvals within the entity.
• Act as liaison for quality standards within the entity.
• Coordinate and manage internal audit plans and maturity assessment plans.
• Conduct Internal Audits and prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings and actions.
• Develop and follow up on action plans addressing issues identified in audits.
• Promote knowledge sharing to foster continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external certification requirements (ISO, etc.).
• Create, update, distribute, and archive quality documents (policies, procedures, records).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the network of various participants in the Management System

• Perform detailed internal audits to ensure processes comply with required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports documenting findings, non-conformities, areas for improvement, and follow-up actions.
• Develop and follow up on action plans to address issues or non-conformities identified during audits.
• Promote initiatives for sharing and capitalizing on knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure the entity complies with relevant internal standards and external certification requirements, particularly ISO certifications and other regulatory requirements.
• Create, update, distribute, and archive quality management documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
