Expleo is seeking a Quality Assurance / Audit Specialist to lead internal and external audit activities across multiple departments. You will assess compliance with the Quality Management System and industry standards, prepare documents, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

Experience in aerospace or regulated industries is highly valued. The role involves coordinating audits for customers and certification bodies, maintaining audit evidence and supporting continuous QMS

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or Quality Auditing.
• Proven track record conducting internal and external audits.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, aerospace, defence or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; EN9100/AS9100 is a plus.
• Experience managing non-conformities and root-cause analyses.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and conduct internal quality audits across different departments, processes and projects.
• Assess compliance with the company's Quality Management System, internal procedures and applicable industry standards.
• Support and coordinate external audits, including audits performed by customers, certification bodies or regulatory organizations.
• Prepare audit plans, checklists, reports and supporting documentation.
• Identify and document non-conformities, observations, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and ensure findings are properly addressed and closed within agreed timelines.
• Perform root-cause and corrective-action follow-up together with the responsible teams.
• Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented following audit findings.
• Support teams in preparing for customer, certification and regulatory audits.
• Ensure appropriate traceability and maintenance of audit evidence and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with applicable quality standards and internal requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Provide guidance to operational and engineering teams regarding quality requirements and audit expectations.
• Prepare and communicate audit results and key findings to relevant stakeholders and management.
• Support quality reviews, process assessments and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience within Quality Assurance, Quality Management or Quality Auditing.
• Strong experience conducting internal and/or external audits.
• Experience working within an industrial, engineering, aerospace, defence, automotive or similarly regulated environment.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
• Knowledge of EN9100 / AS9100 would be a strong advantage.
• Experience managing non-conformities, corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with audit preparation, execution, reporting and follow-up.
• Experience interacting with customers, certification bodies and different internal departments.
• Knowledge of additional aerospace/defence standards or regulatory requirements would be considered an advantage.
