Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to expert for compliance and inspections across projects
• Monitor regulations (safety, prevention, workplace well‑being) and translate them into practical actions
• Prepare and coordinate inspections/audits with internal teams and external bodies
• Ensure compliance tracking: obligations, deadlines, documentation, and evidence
• Manage non‑compliances and follow up on corrective actions
• Build and maintain tools & processes (checklists, templates, tracking, SharePoint)
• Support projects by integrating compliance requirements from early stages to handover
• Track KPIs and risks, and report key insights to management

Qualifications

• Solid experience in regulatory compliance / inspections / HSE in industrial or technical environments
• Ability to translate regulations into operational actions
• Strong organization, stakeholder coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working across projects, teams, and external partners
• Proficiency in collaborative and tracking tools (Teams, Excel, SharePoint); ease with registers, dashboards, and document management
