JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a long-term freelance contract in Belgium on a major industrial EPC project. The role requires leading QA activities, developing quality plans, and ensuring compliance with specifications and legislation.

You will coordinate QA across contractors, subcontractors and site teams, conduct audits, and manage NCRs to close-out. Fluency in English is essential, along with VCA/VCA-VOL or equivalent safety certification and Belgian work

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Manager on major industrial or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and quality management systems.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager / QA Manager / Quality Manager on major industrial or EPC projects.
• Experience within petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, energy or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection procedures and quality management systems.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors on large-scale construction projects.
• Fluent English essential.
• VCA / VCA-VOL or equivalent recognised safety certification required.
• VSA certification where required for site access.
• Must have the appropriate documentation to work as a freelancer in Belgium, including an A1 certificate where applicable and valid right-to-work / registration documentation.
• Must be able to meet all relevant site safety and compliance requirements before mobilisation.
