Anacura Group, a Belgium-based healthcare lab network, seeks a QA Officer to manage quality systems, document controls and investigations. You will participate in internal and external audits, train staff, and drive corrective actions while collaborating across departments.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and GMP/GC(L)P experience is a plus. Role requires at least a master’s level scientific background, a pragmatic GxP mindset, and a team‑oriented, meticulous approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a scientific field with initial experience in a quality department.
• Familiarity with GMP/GC(L)P guidelines; able to translate GxP into practical procedures.
• Analytical, systematic, and meticulous work approach; strong teamwork.
• Excellent Dutch and fluent English as working language.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, implement, and improve the quality system in the lab in line with GMP and GC(L)P guidelines and customer agreements.
• Monitor quality documents and manage deviations, complaints and change requests.
• Perform internal audits and support external audits; report findings to QA Manager.
• Provide QA training to lab staff and collaborate on improvement projects.
• Work 80% of full-time hours and report to the QA Manager.
