Capgemini Belgium is seeking a Quality Assurance Management Coordinator to lead Bid & Project Quality Assurance across multiple Belgian sites. You will drive governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure quality throughout the full project lifecycle, from bid to delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in quality roles, strong knowledge of ISO 9001/EN 9100, Lean, Six Sigma, and FMEA, and fluency in English and French. Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Project Quality, or Quality Management in industrial/project-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 9100, Lean, Six Sigma, and FMEA.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex matrix organisations; excellent communication.
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Define, deploy, and continuously improve the Bid & Project Quality Assurance framework across multiple Belgian sites.
• Act as the key interface between Quality, Projects, Engineering, Industrial Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain; align stakeholders and resolve cross-functional quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs, identifying trends, and sharing lessons learned.
• Represent Capgemini Belgium within Group Quality networks; lead quality reviews and governance workshops; support customer meetings and external audits when required.
• Escalate major risks or deviations and contribute to the maturity of quality culture and risk management across the organisation.
