Capgemini Belgium is seeking a Quality Assurance Management Coordinator to lead quality governance across Belgian sites, spanning bid to delivery. You will align stakeholders and drive excellence in project lifecycles within a regulated environment.

Qualified candidates bring 7+ years in quality roles, strong knowledge of ISO 9001/EN 9100, Lean and Six Sigma, plus excellent communication across technical and customer audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Quality Assurance/Project Quality/Quality Management in industrial, project-driven environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 9100, Lean, Six Sigma, and FMEA.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and bid management processes.

Responsabilités

• Define, deploy, and improve the Bid & Project Quality Assurance framework across Belgian sites.
• Act as key interface between Quality, Projects, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs and sharing lessons learned.
• Represent Capgemini Belgium in Group Quality networks and support audits.
