Jobat zoekt een inkoper met IT-vaardigheden voor een beursgenoteerd biotech bedrijf in West-Vlaanderen. Je beheert inkooporders, bewaakt planning en levertijden, controleert voorraden en houdt houdbaarheden van grondstoffen in het oog.

Je identificeert nieuwe leveranciers en geeft forecasts aan inkopers en service centers voor onderhandelingen. Als IT-super user geef je ondersteuning bij systemen en volg je certificaten en documenten m.b.t. grondstoffen.

Responsabilités

• Placing of purchase orders based on need (including MRP), following up purchase orders (order confirmation) and following up on processing (delivery, invoicing, complaints)
• Follow up and anticipate planning and developments within the plant
• Follow up and determine inventory levels and solve any inventory problems, controlling the shelf life of raw materials
• Identify new suppliers and provide buyers, suppliers and the service center with information (forecasts) for negotiations
• As IT super user, give instructions, solve problems and support users in systems
• Keep updated on market developments by visiting suppliers and trade shows
• Follow up certificates (Kosher, Halal, FAMI-QS, FSSC22000, FAVV, customers) and other documents related to raw materials/packages
• Ensuring compliance with environmental, quality and food safety regulations
