i-CITY is looking for a Medior Program Manager to lead and coordinate activities related to a program. The assignment is intended to ensure alignment between client needs, business teams, IT teams, and suppliers. The consultant will collect, analyse, and formalise client needs and requirements in line with the program’s objectives and priorities. The consultant will coordinate stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout the assignment.
The role includes planning and monitoring activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines. The Program Manager will also consolidate workload estimates, costs, and resource needs for changes and developments. The consultant will manage the delivery of software solutions and adaptations while ensuring agreed timelines, quality, and commitments are met. The consultant will identify and monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
The assignment also covers program governance, reporting, and regular communication with stakeholders. The consultant will ensure the quality, compliance, and suitability of delivered solutions against client needs and requirements while maintaining operational documentation and contributing to service continuity, stability, and continuous improvement. The consultant will also act as application owner for the Administrative Centre’s access activities and contribute to client satisfaction. This is a full-time role requiring at least three days per week on site at the Brussels Administrative Centre.
