Malt in Brussels or Paris is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Success Manager for the Public Sector. You will ensure flawless operational delivery and strict compliance for freelances under the framework agreement.

You’ll own quotes, POs, renewals and serve as the main client contact, coordinating with internal teams. Fluency in French and English is required, with a hybrid work model and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational contract management and complex customer support.
• Strong documentation and compliance discipline.
• Ability to manage client relationships and renewals.

Responsabilités

• Manage validation of quotes and activity reports for non-autonomous clients.
• Handle PO upload and consumption to ensure invoicing flow.
• Drive renewals and support contract continuity.
• Be the main contact for client requests and coordinate with Finance.
• Provide platform demos and train clients on operations.
