Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Team Leader, IT Support to manage the day-to-day operations of our on-site Proximity IT Support teams in Brussels. The role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate shifts, plan resources and drive a high-performance, coaching culture.

You will conduct regular service reviews, ensure SLAs are met, oversee escalation procedures, and steer small to medium-scale improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 7 years of Team Leader experience OR Master's + 5 years as Team Leader.
• Extensive experience coordinating Proximity IT Support teams (on-site IT support).
• Proven ability to interact professionally with end-users, senior management, and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective leadership to Proximity IT Support teams, fostering a motivated, high-performing environment.
• Manage daily team operations, including shift planning, task definition, and resource usage planning.
