WDS Global Limited is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the Brussels-based support team. The role requires handling IT support, service desk, and desktop support duties, with first-line contact by phone, email, and on-site for MEPs and VIP users.

English is essential and French is required; you will work 100% on-site in Brussels, with shifts from 08:00 to 20:00. Willingness to obtain ITIL certification, plus travel to Strasbourg for about 4 days per month (travel and accommodation

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support/service desk environments.
• First-line support by phone, email, and on-site.
• Excellent English; good French required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and business dress code mandatory.
• Willingness to work 100% on-site in Brussels and shifts 08:00–20:00.
• Willingness to obtain ITIL certification.
• Willingness to travel to Strasbourg ~4 days/month; travel and accommodation covered.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT Support / Service Desk / Helpdesk / Desktop Support
• Experience providing first-line support by phone, email and on-site
• Very good English
• Good level of French is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable supporting MEPs and VIP users
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Professional appearance – business dress code is mandatory
• Available to work shifts between 08:00 and 20:00
• Must be available to work 100% on-site in Brussels
• Willingness to obtain ITIL certification
• Willingness to attend European Parliament sessions in Strasbourg for approximately 4 days per month. Travel and accommodation are covered.
