Qualifications

• Master degree in Medical Physics or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Radiotherapy medical physics is preferred.
• Ability to quickly understand new information and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals at sites under installation and operation.
• Support the site team on medical physics topics and validate proton therapy systems.
• Perform acceptance testing with end-users on recurrent products.
• Train and support customers to use equipment safely and effectively.
• Document interventions with accuracy and report actions taken.
• Provide on-site and remote product application support.
• Contribute constructive customer feedback to Clinical Solution Group and Product Management.
