GROHE Belgium is seeking an Account Manager Projects to lead the project sales across the North-West region. You will be the trusted partner to investors, developers, architects, designers, and engineering firms, ensuring GROHE is the preferred choice for high-quality project solutions.

You will drive opportunities, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.
• Strong project sales experience in construction or related sectors.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder processes.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of GROHE in the Belgian project market and build trust with key stakeholders.
• Identify and convert project opportunities by engaging installers, distributors, and decision-makers.
• Execute regional sales strategy across private and public sectors: housing, hospitality, healthcare, and real estate.
• Grow existing key accounts and secure large-scale project wins.
• Drive new business with investors, developers, and consultants; promote GROHE innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent GROHE at events and trade fairs.
