Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior project leader to deliver HR, mobility, and time registration projects. The role involves leading HR application implementations and administration, primarily around SAP SuccessFactors, Vaigo, and Syntegro, while aligning with business needs.

You will combine project delivery with HR application administration, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction across large enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience leading infrastructure or development projects.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 or PMBOK.
• Experience administering HR applications in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience leading Vaigo implementations in organisations with more than 1,500 employees.
• Experience setting up and implementing mobility applications.
• Experience implementing Syntegro time registration.
• Dutch, C2.

What you'll do

• Lead HR application implementation projects.

• Implement the Syntegro time registration system.
• Administer HR applications in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analyse business needs.

What you bring

• At least five years of experience leading infrastructure or development projects.
• Knowledge of project management terminology, organisation, roles and processes, such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK.
• Experience administering HR applications in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience leading Vaigo implementations in organisations with more than 1,500 employees.
• Experience setting up and implementing mobility applications.
• Experience implementing Syntegro time registration.
• Dutch, C2.

Nice to have

• Project management tools and techniques, including risk and issue management.
• Knowledge and practical experience of ITIL.
• MS Project and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Certification in a project management methodology.
