Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior programme manager to oversee linked infrastructure or development projects in technical environments, leveraging SAP and HRIS experience.

You will drive alignment across projects, manage risks, and share best practices in programme management, with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration and on-time delivery.

This role requires extensive leadership experience, English and Dutch communication, and a track record of delivering multi-million euro programmes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure or development projects.
• 8+ years leading infrastructure or development programmes.
• €1M+ total budgets leadership experience.
• SAP experience is essential.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• 10+ years using project management techniques including risk/issue management.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in technical/engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Dutch language proficiency at C2 level.

We're looking for a senior programme manager to oversee linked infrastructure or development projects in technical environments. You'll continue existing work, drawing on SAP and HRIS experience.

What you'll do

• Oversee individual projects within the programme.
• Optimise the links and dependencies between projects.
• Manage project risks and issues using project management tools.
• Share expert knowledge of project and programme management methods.

What you bring

• At least 15 years of experience in infrastructure or development projects.
• At least 15 years of experience in technical environments.
• Eight years leading infrastructure or development programmes.
• Ten years leading and guiding projects with total budgets of at least €1 million.
• Eight years of SAP experience.
• Experience with an HRIS platform.
• Ten years using project management techniques and tools, including risk and issue management.
• A bachelor's or master's degree with a technical or engineering background, or equivalent experience.
• Dutch, C2.

Nice to have

• Experience in the public sector.
• Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL.
• Knowledge of project management terminology, organisation, roles and processes, such as Prince2 or PMBok, preferably supported by certification.
• Knowledge and experience with programme management methods, such as Agile, Scrum or MSP, preferably supported by certification.
• Strong communication and customer focus, ideally supported by training.
