Capgemini Engineering Belgium is seeking a Project Manager to lead LIMS (LabWare) projects in a GxP-regulated environment. You will oversee implementations, manage stakeholders, and drive validation while collaborating with lab, QA, and IT teams in Belgium.

You will bridge scientific users and technical developers, ensuring compliance, timely delivery, and effective change adoption across laboratory operations. Fluency in English is required; French or Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of LIMS or laboratory technology project experience in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with LabWare LIMS or equivalent platforms and GxP validation processes.
• Strong communication to bridge scientists and developers and manage documentation (URS, FS, IQ/OQ/PQ).

Your role You will join a specialised team delivering Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) projects in the Life Sciences sector. We are seeking a Project Manager with LIMS (LabWare) experience to lead laboratory technology transformation projects within a GxP-regulated environment in Belgium. In this role you will play a key role in:

• Overseeing LabWare LIMS implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines in compliance with GxP requirements
• Collaborating with laboratory, quality assurance, and IT teams to define system requirements, manage validation activities, and ensure successful user acceptance testing
• Managing vendor relationships and third‑party contributors, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality standards
• Driving project communication through structured reporting, stakeholder updates, and governance meetings with client leadership
• Supporting change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption across laboratory operations

Your profile

• You hold a degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, and bring at least 3 years of experience managing LIMS or laboratory technology projects in a regulated environment
• You are knowledgeable about LabWare LIMS or equivalent platforms, and understand laboratory workflows, data integrity requirements, and GxP validation processes
• You are a clear communicator who can bridge the gap between scientific users and technical developers, ensuring all parties remain aligned throughout the project
• You are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and experienced in managing validation documentation including URS, FS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
• You are fluent in English; French or Dutch is considered an asset
