Capgemini Engineering Belgium is seeking a Project Manager with LabWare LIMS experience to lead laboratory technology transformation projects in a GxP-regulated environment. You will oversee LIMS implementations, coordinating with laboratory, QA, and IT teams to ensure validated, compliant systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing LIMS or laboratory technology projects in a regulated environment.
• Excellent communication ensuring alignment between scientific users and developers.
• Knowledge of GxP validation processes and laboratory workflows.

Responsabilités

• Oversee LabWare LIMS implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines in compliance with GxP requirements.
• Collaborate with laboratory, quality assurance, and IT teams to define system requirements and validation activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributors to meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Drive project reporting, stakeholder updates, and governance meetings with client leadership.
• Support change management and training to ensure smooth system adoption.
