Capgemini Engineering Belgium is seeking a Project Manager to lead LIMS (LabWare) projects in a GxP-regulated environment. You will oversee implementations, manage stakeholders, and drive validation while collaborating with lab, QA, and IT teams in Belgium.

You will bridge scientific users and technical developers, ensuring compliance, timely delivery, and effective change adoption across laboratory operations. Fluency in English is required; French or Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of LIMS or laboratory technology project experience in regulated environments.
Familiarity with LabWare LIMS or equivalent platforms and GxP validation processes.
Strong communication to bridge scientists and developers and manage documentation (URS, FS, IQ/OQ/PQ).

Responsabilités

Oversee LabWare LIMS implementation projects from initiation to closure within scope, budget and timelines.
Collaborate with lab, QA and IT teams to define system requirements and validation activities.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery meets contractual and quality standards.
Lead project reporting, governance meetings, and change management activities.
Support user training and change adoption across laboratory operations.
