Capgemini Engineering Belgium is seeking a Project Manager with BMS expertise to lead Honeywell BMS projects in Belgium’s regulated Life Sciences environments. Qualifications

• You hold a degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field and have at least 3 years of BMS project experience.
• You have solid knowledge of building automation concepts, HVAC control systems, and GMP environmental monitoring requirements.
• You are an organized communicator able to coordinate cross-functional teams including facilities, QA, and IT.
• You are familiar with GxP validation and BMS documentation in pharmaceutical environments.
• You are fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.

You will join a specialised team delivering Building Management System (BMS) projects within highly regulated pharmaceutical and biotech environments in Belgium. At Capgemini Engineering, we combine deep facility automation knowledge with digital transformation expertise to help our clients maintain the highest standards of environmental control, compliance, and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a Project Manager with BMS (Honeywell) expertise to lead building automation and environmental monitoring projects within a GxP regulated Life Sciences environment in Belgium.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Managing the full project lifecycle for Honeywell BMS implementations or upgrades, including planning, resource coordination, vendor management, and delivery oversight across pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory facilities
• Collaborating with facilities engineering, quality assurance, and validation teams to ensure BMS solutions meet GMP environmental monitoring and compliance requirements
• Overseeing validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with site SOPs and regulatory expectations
• Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and KPIs, providing clear and structured reporting to client stakeholders and steering committees throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinating commissioning, testing, and go live activities onvsite, managing risks and issues proactively to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing manufacturing operations

Your profile

• You hold a degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, and bring at least 3 years of experience managing BMS projects, preferably with Honeywell systems in a regulated Life Sciences or critical facility environment
• You have a solid understanding of building automation concepts, HVAC control systems, and environmental monitoring requirements in GMP regulated facilities
• You are an organised and confident communicator, able to coordinate cross-functional teams including facilities, quality, and IT stakeholders while keeping projects on track
• You are experienced with GxP validation frameworks and familiar with the documentation and compliance requirements specific to BMS in pharmaceutical environments
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset
