Carrée Biebuyck & Partners seeks a Project Manager for a client in Belgium, overseeing projects from tender through final delivery. You will coordinate engineering, production and assembly and serve as the main customer contact to ensure the best technical solution.

You will lead budgets, stakeholders and project execution, driving optimization across technical and commercial aspects. A Master’s in Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering, plus 5–10 years of PM experience in LV environments,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering).
• 5–10 years of Project Manager experience in medium- to low-voltage environments.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch with good English knowledge; strong customer orientation.

For one of our clients, a growing group specialized in industrial electricity, we are looking for their future Project Manager (m/f/x).

Our Client

Our client is a key player in Belgium when it comes to meeting the energy infrastructure needs of industrial customers. Through several Business Units, the company provides tailor‑made solutions covering energy supply, transport, infrastructure, urban equipment and railway systems.

Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing your projects from tender through to final delivery. As our client specializes in tailor‑made solutions, you will coordinate and oversee the different stages of each project, including engineering, production and assembly, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

You will act as the main point of contact for the customer, building a strong relationship based on trust and clear communication. With a customer‑oriented and commercial mindset, you will work closely with the client to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of the best technical solution.

Responsibilities

• You manage your projects autonomously, keeping a close eye on the budget, project execution and quality of the work delivered
• You discuss functionalities and technical solutions directly with the customer
• You manage orders, follow up with the production unit and participate in factory testing
• You coordinate and support commissioning and start‑up tests
• You take the lead in the calculation of large projects and follow them through to final delivery
• You coordinate the engineering, production and assembly phases of tailor‑made projects
• You act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project
• You continuously look for opportunities to optimize technical solutions, purchasing and project execution

Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree with a specialization in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• You have an excellent command of French and/or Dutch, as well as a good knowledge English
• You have 5 to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in a medium‑and low‑voltage environment
• You are always looking for opportunities for optimization, whether in technical solutions, purchasing or project execution
• You communicate easily with everyone: from people on the shop floor to customers and colleagues
• You have a strong customer‑oriented and commercial mindset
• You are energetic and comfortable taking ownership of your projects
• You combine technical expertise with the ability to coordinate and lead a project from start to finish
