Job summary

Inytium is seeking a project manager to lead audiovisual and technical installation projects from design to client handover. You will coordinate site managers, technicians and subcontractors, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and regulatory compliance.

Key assets include experience with large-scale projects in Belgium and abroad, a solid CAD background, and strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale audiovisual and technical installation projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts and client relations.
• Strong CAD skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
• English B2 or higher; Dutch language is a strong asset.

Job description

Reporting to the Production Director, your mission is to lead and ensure the full success of your audiovisual and technical installation projects (sound, lighting, video, network, electrical…), from a technical, budgetary, human and contractual standpoint.

You are the main point of contact and central interface between Inytium and external stakeholders (clients, project supervisors, engineering firms, suppliers, subcontractors), and you coordinate the delivery teams internally: site managers, technicians and subcontractors. From design to client handover, you are responsible for the smooth running, profitability and compliance of your projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical handover between the Sales department and Production
• Analyse the drawings, specifications and sales file, and define the technical solutions
• Define the execution schedule with the client and the project supervisor, and coordinate on-site work
• Manage procurement and organise deliveries with the Logistics department
• Monitor project profitability, price change orders and validate progress statements
• Ensure compliance with standards (RGIE electrical regulations, health and safety at work) and contractual clauses
• Document the project (shop drawings, lists, as-built file)

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of our trades to supervise technical teams on large-scale projects: sound, lighting, video, network, mechanical, electrical
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects, in Belgium and internationally
• Good knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with an ERP (Odoo) and a project management platform
• English at minimum B2 level (or professional equivalent)
• Dutch: good knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset
• Available for occasional travel (national and international within Europe)
