Nexeo is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join a major organization driving strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives in Belgium.

You will lead end-to-end IT projects, manage governance, coordinate stakeholders across business and IT, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget in a collaborative, international environment; experience with external suppliers and RFPs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budget management, scope, quality and risk management.
• Experience coordinating RFP processes.
• Experience managing external suppliers and fixed-price contracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline.
• Collaborate closely with Business Sponsors, Delivery Managers and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare and maintain all project management documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external suppliers.
• Organize and facilitate Steering Committees and governance meetings.
• Produce Project Status Reports and executive dashboards.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, KPIs and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with internal project governance, quality standards and methodologies.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and the Portfolio Management Office.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Define and monitor mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and fixed-price contracts.
• Lead or support Request for Proposal (RFP) activities and supplier selection processes.
• Act as the main point of contact between Business, IT and external partners.
• Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve project roadblocks.
• Promote collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Nexeo is currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a major organization leading strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives.

Your role

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering strategic IT projects while ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment and successful execution from initiation to deployment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project Management

• Experience coordinating RFP processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Prince2, PMP, PMBOK or equivalent project management methodologies.
• Experience with Planview or similar PPM tools is a strong asset.
• Experience within utilities, infrastructure, smart grid or digital transformation projects is considered a plus.
