AmRest Holdings SE is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of critical technical projects. You will ensure seamless production releases, collaborate with external partners, and keep stakeholders informed—driving projects to successful completion and making a real impact on the business.

You will develop and implement project management plans, gather and motivate cross-functional teams, and manage risk, budgets and quality.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management experience leading large-scale technical programs.
• PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale technical projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget, scope and quality.
• Develop a Project Management Plan covering organization, roles, schedules, budget, risk and quality management.
• Gather, lead and motivate project teams to meet agreed targets across disciplines.
• Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop change and transition plans for post-implementation success.
• Track and report progress against plan, requirements, quality measures and milestones.
• Organize project steering meetings with directors and C-level executives with clear action ownership.

Are you a skilled organizer with a passion for technology?

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of critical technical projects. In this role, you'll ensure seamless production releases, collaborate with external partners, and keep stakeholders informed—driving our projects to successful completion and making a real impact on our business.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale technical projects to secure the delivery on time, within budget, on scope and on quality.
• Develop a Project Management Plan covering project organization, roles and responsibilities, schedules, budget, risk, and quality management aspects.
• Gather, lead, and motivate project team members, ensuring that all discipline points of contact deliver according to agreed targets.
• Manage and control stakeholder engagement to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop a change and transition management plan to ensure a smooth transition after project implementation.
• Track and communicate project progress against the defined plan, requirements, quality measures, standard processes, and milestones.
• Organize project steering meetings with directors and C-level executives, ensuring that actions are clearly defined and executed.
• At least a few years of Project Management experience. Extensive expertise in large-scale projects (PMP or similar certification is a strong asset).
• Experience with contact center tools like chatbot, voicebot, and email flow management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Good understanding of the business environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging, and multicultural environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Customer oriented, result oriented & can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
