We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Data & Analytics transformation program. The mission focuses on the modernization of enterprise data capabilities, including the implementation of a cloud-based data platform, data governance, data quality frameworks, and the transition toward a data product operating model. The role requires strong leadership across business and IT stakeholders, ensuring program delivery, value realization, governance, risk management, and strategic alignment.

• Lead and orchestrate a complex Data & Analytics transformation program.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, program roadmap, and project delivery.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation at program level.
• Coordinate multiple Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain governance structures, steering committees, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management activities.
• Ensure successful migration from legacy data platforms to modern cloud-based solutions.
• Monitor value realization and business benefits throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and organizational standards.

You have the following skills

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong background in cloud-based Data Platform modernization.
• Experience managing programs exceeding €1M budget and/or 20+ FTE.
• Solid understanding of modern data ecosystems, including:
  • Data Platforms
  • Data Governance
  • Data Quality
  • Cloud Services
  • Compute & Storage
  • FinOps
  • Data Products
• Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies.
• Experience in budget management, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Project and/or Program Management certification (PMP, Prince2, MSP, PgMP or equivalent) is a strong asset.
• Experience within the Energy sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• You have at least 12 years of professional experiences in IT
• If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG/NL t’s best
• You’re eager to learn, motivated and curious
