Job summary

Proactive Global in the Netherlands-based team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead national and international robotic automation projects from initiation through final delivery.

You will oversee complex engineering initiatives in intralogistics and automation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage plans, budgets and risks, and ensure delivery with high customer satisfaction. Travel about 20% is expected as projects span Benelux region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in intralogistics, robotics, automation, or industrial environments.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects; rail, energy, aerospace industries welcome.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, hands-on, and results-oriented with strong ownership.
• Willingness to travel internationally ~20%; PRINCE2 or PMBOK knowledge is a plus.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in intralogistics, robotics, automation, or an industrial environment.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects; experience in rail, energy, aerospace, or similar industries is also welcome.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, hands-on, and results-oriented approach with strong ownership.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20%; PRINCE2 or PMBOK knowledge is a plus.

Please be advised that this role does not require regular office presence. However, the successful candidate should be based in the Netherlands, as the position involves travel across the Benelux region.
