Proactive Global in the Netherlands-based team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead national and international robotic automation projects from initiation through final delivery.

You will oversee complex engineering initiatives in intralogistics and automation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage plans, budgets and risks, and ensure delivery with high customer satisfaction. Travel about 20% is expected as projects span Benelux region.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience in intralogistics, robotics, automation, or industrial environments.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects; rail, energy, aerospace industries welcome.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, hands-on, and results-oriented with strong ownership.
• Willingness to travel internationally ~20%; PRINCE2 or PMBOK knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead robotic automation projects end-to-end, from kick-off to final acceptance.
• Manage project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and scope changes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, costs, and timelines; resolve issues and delays.
• Ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.
