Amaris Consulting | Part of Mantu in Belgium is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead complex projects from planning through execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for industrial sectors.

You will engage customers and internal stakeholders, manage risks, report progress, and drive continuous improvement, with fluency in English and Dutch and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in industrial project management.
• Experience in industrial environments such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or similar industries.
• Experience managing projects in an international customer-supplier environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from the initial planning phase through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Organize regular project meetings and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and overall progress.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Review project documentation and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and support project reviews.
• Support project commissioning and start-up activities when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and ways of working.

As an Industrial Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from the early planning stages through execution and completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines and costs, and ensure strong collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders while driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead projects from the initial planning phase through completion
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables

• Organize regular project meetings and ensure effective communication between stakeholders

• 4–6 years of experience in industrial project management
• Previous experience in an industrial environment such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or similar industries
• Experience managing projects in an international customer-supplier environment
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Willingness to travel occasionally as part of project activities
