Job summary

Editx in Belgium is seeking a project manager to lead virtual teams across departments and align stakeholders on project goals. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution and clear accountability.

Responsibilities include delivering business and technical projects on time, on scope, and on budget, developing actionable plans, managing budgets and governance approvals, identifying risks, and reporting status to management with ongoing coaching to team members.

• Define project budgets, manage approvals through governance bodies, and monitor variances to prevent cost overruns.
• Develop realistic project plans and secure commitments from various departments regarding expected results.
• Identify risks pro-actively and initiate appropriate actions or escalations to mitigate potential issues.
• Provide continuous reporting on project status to management and offer day-to-day coaching to team members.
