TESTQ Technologies Limited in Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate, define, staff and manage one or more software development projects across business, IS, QA, Systems Analysis, Software Development and Technical Writing teams.

You will develop project schedules, run status meetings, allocate resources through the full software development lifecycle, and communicate delivery performance, schedule, cost and quality to the project owner.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in project management and coordinating software development projects.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating, defining, staffing, and managing one or more software development projects across Business, IS management, QA & Testing, Systems Analysis, Software Development and Technical Writing teams.
• Developing project schedules, coordinating status meetings, and managing resources through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Working with the project business owner to oversee delivery performance, report on schedule, cost and execution performance, and ensure delivery quality.
• Assuming responsibility for structuring and delivering a project, including creating and maintaining the project plan and ensuring on-time completion.
• Defining roles, assigning tasks and deliverables, tracking progress against the plan, and monitoring expenses to keep projects on budget.
• Identifying risks and contingency planning; managing technical strategy, QA, issue resolution, status reviews and reporting; implementing standards and change control.
• Familiarity with and experience delivering projects using Agile Methodology.

Description du poste

Responsible for coordinating, defining, staffing, and managing one or multiple projects. The Project Manager works across the business, IS management, Quality Assurance and Testing, Systems Analyst, Software Development, and Technical Writing teams to ensure the delivery of a high quality software application. Primary technical point of contact with management and various technical personnel on project from project inception through completion. Develops project schedules, coordinates project status meetings, manages resources in all phases of software development lifecycle. Works with the project business owner to oversee delivery performance, ensure delivery quality and report schedule, cost, and execution performance.

Assumes overall responsibility for structuring and delivering a project, including creating and maintaining the project plan, as well as ensuring the completion of all assigned projects in a timely manner. The Project Manager is responsible for:

• Defining roles, assigning tasks and deliverables, including tracking them against the plan
• Tracking expenses and ensuring project is being delivered on-time and on-budget
• Identifying and evaluating risks, including contingency planning
• Managing the development and implementation of the technical strategy
• Managing quality assurance, issue resolution, status reviews and reporting, developing standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures
• Familiar with and highly experienced in delivering projects using Agile Methodology
