ENTICO ICT is seeking a Test Coordinator for a Brussels-based hybrid role. You will drive test planning and strategy, coordinate QA activities, and lead the testing team across projects with close collaboration to stakeholders and remote teams.

You should have 5+ years in software testing, 3+ years in test management and UAT coordination, and fluency in Dutch or French plus English. The position offers hybrid work with on-site expectations in Brussels.

Agile Product Ownership: min 3 yrs of experience as a Product Owner or in an equivalent role

Distributed/Offshore Teams: experience collaborating with remote QA or development teams

Experience within a planning department

Overall Testing Experience: min 5 yrs of hands‑on experience in functional software testing

Test Management Experience: mini 3 yrs leading test strategy, planning, and execution

UAT Coordination: min 2 yrs coordinating or supervising UAT activities
