Koda Tech is seeking a Freelance Senior Tester to join a delivery-focused team in Brussels on a long-term, hybrid basis. The role focuses on test analysis, design and execution of comprehensive test cases, and defect management across the full test lifecycle.

The candidate will work with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders, using Jira and Xray Test Management to drive quality and sign-off on releases. ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst, QA Analyst, or Software Tester.
• Strong background in test analysis, test case design, and test execution.
• Hands-on with Jira and Xray Test Management.
• Experience managing defects and test artefacts throughout the SDLC.
• Understanding of functional, integration, system, and regression testing techniques.
• Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed test analysis based on business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios using Jira Xray.
• Develop and manage test plans, test execution cycles, and test evidence.
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects through to resolution.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Support release activities and provide quality assurance sign-off recommendations.

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Test Analyst to join a delivery-focused team, ensuring the quality and reliability of business-critical applications. The successful candidate will lead test analysis activities, design and execute comprehensive test cases, manage defects throughout the test lifecycle, and drive best practices across testing processes. Experience with Jira and Xray Test Management is essential.

Responsibilities
