Manpower Talent Based Outsourcing Belgium is seeking a Project Coordinator for our international automotive client. You will ensure vehicles meet regulations before market entry and operate within the homologation team, bridging engineering, compliance and coordination.

You are structured, analytical, and able to work autonomously in a fast-moving global environment. Proficiency in English is essential; Dutch or French skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Automotive, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Experience in homologation, automotive compliance, testing, vehicle development, or technical documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced MS Office and SharePoint.
• Excellent English communication and Dutch or French skills.
• Organized and able to work autonomously under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Collect and verify technical docs for approval.
• Coordinate homologation planning and testing with internal stakeholders.
• Support vehicle testing with authorities and ensure proper execution.
• Manage certification processes, including CoCs.
• Monitor EU and international regulations (UNECE, emissions, safety).
• Serve as main contact for internal teams and European stakeholders.
• Improve compliance tracking and data management processes.

For our international automotive client, we are looking for a Project Coordinator.

Your Rol:

As a project coordinator you ensure that vehicles and mobility solutions meet all required regulations before entering the market. You operate in the homologation team; the heart of engineering, compliance, and coordination.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collecting, verifying, and managing technical documentation for approval.
• Following up on homologation planning and testing activities with internal stakeholders.
• Supporting vehicle testing with official authorities and ensuring correct execution.
• Managing certification processes, including Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
• Monitoring and interpreting EU and international regulations (UNECE, emissions, safety).
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and European stakeholders.
• Improving processes around compliance tracking and data management.

Who are you?

• You are structured, analytical, and able to create clarity in a complex and fast-moving environment.
• You have a Bachelor or Master in a technical field (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar).
• You are experienced in homologation, automotive compliance, testing, vehicle development, or technical documentation.
• You have a strong analytical mindset with advanced MS Office and SharePoint skills.
• You can organize and prioritize in an ad hoc, high-pressure environment.
• You take ownership and work autonomously towards deadlines, with accuracy and
