Hive-X is looking for a program manager to lead the merger of three programs as part of a company transformation in Namur, Belgium. This role involves managing projects, change management, and ensuring a business-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in production management, knowledge of the public transport sector, and exceptional skills in analysis and persuasion. Some travel may be required across Wallonia.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in production management/technical management.
• Good knowledge of the public transport profession or Belgian public organizations.
• Good persuasion, analysis, writing and synthesis skills.

Responsabilités

• Define the scope, planning, and budget of projects.
• Ensure end-to-end project management from partner selection to run mode.
• Organize and manage change management activities.
• Communicate with IT teams, the business, and service providers.
